1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CANDY Dating Inc. ("CANDY", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of our mobile app (CANDY — Instant Dating) and website (candydating.in).

By downloading, installing, registering an account, or accessing CANDY, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Community Guidelines & Anti-Harassment (Zero Tolerance)

CANDY is built for respectful, authentic real-world connections. We maintain a Zero-Tolerance Policy for harassment, abuse, and illicit behavior. You strictly agree NOT to:

• Harass, stalk, intimidate, bully, or defame any individual.
• Transmit unsolicited sexually explicit content, obscene material, hate speech, or offensive media.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or upload profile photographs of individuals other than yourself.
• Solicit money, engage in commercial advertising, offer prostitution or escort services, or conduct illegal transactions.
• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or third-party emulators to access the service or falsify GPS coordinates.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws.

Enforcement & Reporting

Every user profile, radar candidate, and active chat interface provides immediate "Report User" and "Block User" tools. Blocked users are immediately hidden from your radar and cannot contact you. Flagged accounts are reviewed promptly by our trust and safety team and face permanent device, telephone, and account bans.

3. In-Person Meetup Disclaimer & Safety Responsibility

CANDY does not conduct criminal background checks or verify the subjective statements made by users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other daters both online and offline.

Important Safety Rules for Real-World Meetups:

• Always meet in a public, well-lit place: Cafes, busy restaurants, shopping malls, or popular parks. Never meet at a private residence or secluded location on a first date.
• Inform a friend: Tell someone you trust where you are going, who you are meeting, and when you plan to return.
• Stay in control of your transportation: Have your own way to and from the meetup.
• Keep your personal details private: Never share your financial info, home address, or workplace until trust is firmly established.

4. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions & Google Play Billing

All digital purchases within CANDY (including Weekly VIP passes, Monthly Pro subscriptions, and consumable Sugar Rush boosts) are processed exclusively through Google Play In-App Billing in strict accordance with the Google Play Developer Monetization Policies.

Subscription Terms

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., weekly or monthly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
• Subscription Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Google Play Store account settings (Google Play > Profile > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions).
• Sugar Rush Boosts: Consumable in-app items (Sugar Rush) provide priority radar spotlight. Once consumed or used, they cannot be transferred or restored.
• Refunds: Refunds for in-app purchases and subscriptions are handled in accordance with the official Google Play Refund Policy. CANDY does not directly collect or process your credit card or banking information.

5. Account Termination & Right to Deletion

You may terminate your CANDY account at any time:

• In-App Deletion: Tap Settings > Delete Account > Confirm Deletion to permanently delete your profile, media, match records, and coordinates immediately.
• Web-Based Deletion: Submit an instant data removal request via our Google Play compliant portal: candydating.in/delete-account.html.

We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate accounts immediately without prior notice if we determine in our sole discretion that a user has violated these Terms, engaged in harassment, or endangered the safety of our community.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

CANDY IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CANDY DATING INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR PHYSICAL HARM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, OR FROM CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS.

7. Governing Law & Contact Information

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
